Vice Chair: Edda Lynn Bouslog

Vice President of Quality Cynergy Professional Systems; Edda graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts in English with Distinction and Honors. She has served as a mentor and coordinator for the HIVE Global Leaders Program, a global community for purpose-driven leaders and entrepreneurs. She is also a certified Project Management Professional. Edda is an experienced Information Technology Leader with over a decade of experience in sales, leadership, and program management execution. She is Vice President of Quality for Cynergy Professional Systems, a woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, minority-owned, and economically disadvantaged small business focused on IT services and solutions. Prior to working at Cynergy, Edda worked for the Junior State of America as the Arizona Program Director. She ran the Arizona Symposium and worked at both the Stanford and Georgetown Summer School Programs. She was a SoCal JSA Alumna serving as the Southern Empire Region Chief of Staff and assisted SoCal JSA conventions as a college intern. She looks forward to bringing her varied JSA experience to growing and serving Civic Leaders of America. Edda is also a proud wife and mother.
